What will happen to me if I buy a three-hour ticket but stay over three hours? |
 |
If that happens, you just need to pay the difference in price between a three-hour ticket and an all-day ticket, when you leave, which is only 300yen (200yen for children). |

Can I use the gym and pool if I only pay the admission fee? |
 |
Yes you can! Use of the onsen, the pool the sports gym and other facilities is included in the general admission price. However, you cannot use the pool depending on the season since the pool is available only in the summer season. The Bade Zone and Panoramic Family Bath are available throughout the year. |

If I enter the spa after midnight, do I need to pay extra? Or do I just need to pay extra if I enter for example at 10:00 PM but leave after midnight? |

There is a separate charge for anyone entering, leaving or staying inside the spa facilities between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. However, guests staying at the hotel do not have to pay extra. |

Can I pay the late-night usage fee when I leave the spa? |
 |
Please pay extra charges for late-night use, etc., at the automatic adjustment machine upon leaving the spa. |

What kinds of credit cards do you take? |
 |
We take Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, UFJ NICOS, UC, DC, Orient, OMC, Credit Saison, JACCS, Life, and AEON. However, you cannot purchase your admissions tickets using credit cards. |

When does the period of special days for Obon begin? |
 |
Depending on what days they fall on in any particular year, the designated days for Obon, the New Year's Holiday, and golden week vary year by year. |

| Using the facilities |

When there are a lot of guests, will I have to worry about limited capacity? |
 |
When all lockers are being used, we might have to limit admission. In addition, we might ask customers to line up at the entrance when it gets too crowded so that guests can enter SpaWorld smoothly. |

Can I borrow bath towels and other towels at no extra cost? Are any other amenities provided? |
 |
We offer the following amenities: towels (bath towels for women only), loungewear, shampoo (with conditioner), soap, body soap, wash cloth, hair dryer, brush, hair care products, basic cosmetics, toothbrush (with toothpaste), cotton swabs, and tissue. In addition, men are also given a comb, razor, and shaving foam, and women are given a shower cap and cleansing foam. All amenities are included in the price of admission. Please
returns towels when you are finished with them. |

Can I take photographs? |
 |
Photographs are prohibited in the bathing areas and locker rooms. Guests who take photographs in these areas will have their cameras confiscated. |

Can I bring my own food into SpaWorld? |
 |
No. Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the facilities. |

Can I leave SpaWorld and come back in? |
 |
No. We do not allow guests to re-enter once they have left.
(However, guests staying at the hotel are permitted to come and go freely.) |

Can children come by themselves? |
 |
Children under the age of 12 who come by themselves are strictly prohibited from visiting SpaWorld .Always accompany children under the age of 12 when
they are using the facilities. Minors who are unaccompanied by adults may use the facilities until 10:00 PM. |

Are the facilities accessible to people in wheelchairs? |
 |
The handicapped can use the facilities provided they are accompanied by a nurse or caregiver of the same sex, who must also pay admission. Guests who come in powered wheelchairs are asked to switch to manual operation or change to one of the wheelchairs designated for use in the facilities. Wheelchairs may not be used inside the baths or bathing rooms. |

Are there discounts for the elderly or physically handicapped? |

No. There are no discounts for the elderly, physically handicapped, etc. |

Is there mixed bathing? |
 |
The European and Asian Zones offer single-sex bathing. The 8th floor pool and Bade Zone are mixed company and guests are required to wear swimsuits. |

Do we use the onsen in our bathing suits? |
 |
No. The onsen at SpaWorld are single-sex. Guests must bathe without clothing and are prohibited from wearing swimsuits or bringing towels into the onsen. The 8th floor pool and Bade Zone are mixed company, however, and guests are required to wear swimsuits. |

Can I bring floatation devices and pool toys? |
 |
Yes. Basically, floatation devices like water wings and other pool toys are allowed, but we might have to prohibit them depending on how safe they are, (Are they plastic? Can they injure somebody?) . Pool toys might also be prohibited when the pool becomes crowded. Pool toys such as floats can be rented for 700yen. |

Do I have to wear a swim cap? |

No. You don't have to wear a swim cap. |

In what season is the pool available? |
 |
The pool is available only in the summer season. The Bade Zone and Panoramic Family Bath are available throughout the year. |

Do I bring my own clothes to wear at the gym? |
 |
You can bring your own gym clothes, or you can wear the loungewear we provide. Indoor shoes are required. You can bring your own, or rent them for 200yen. Socks are also required, and are sold for 210yen a pair. |

Is there anywhere to eat late at night? |
 |
Some of our shops and resaurants stay open late at night. |

I have a reservation to stay at the hotel, is the fee I pay only for sleeping over?
Or does it include any meals? |

If you are staying at the hotel, you can enter SpaWorld free of charge. We also
offer a lodging plan that includes meals. |

After checking in, is it all right to enter and exit the facilities? |
 |
Guests staying at the hotel may enter and exit the facilities freely. |

Is there any parking? |
 |
Yes, there is. Parking Lot #1, which has space for 100 cars, is located on the
first floor and basement of our building.
Parking Lot #2 is a five-minute walk to SpaWorld and has spaces for 210 cars.
We frequently run out of parking on busy days, such as Saturday and Sunday,
so we highly encourage you to come by public transit. Parking fees are 600yen per hour for the general public, but guests using our facilities may park for 200yen per hour. When leaving, please present your parking stub along with your SpaWorld receipt to the clerks at the front desk to receive parking validation.
Moreover, guests staying at the hotel can park overnight for 1,000yen (reservations required). |
